Full description:

Despite major challenges, including an ambitious schedule and a job site located on the beach, Albo effectively completed a complicated resort project that required demolition and new construction, as well as refurbishments. First steps included the removal of the entire “Pirate’s Nest” restaurant, a building of concrete masonry fashioned to resemble a large ship. In its place was constructed a new restaurant, “Elements”, with a much more modern design. At the same time, Albo carried out a refurbishment of the beach bar and replaced the pool deck and terrace on the beach. All work was completed while resort operations were in full swing, and without generating any significant complaints from resort guests.

Delivery was accomplished on schedule, within 3 months’ time, and represented a logistical tour de force, with the principal expressing great satisfaction with the results.
